Today I woke up with a powerful prophetic dream. There was a powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit upon me and I was prophesying in the Khasi language from a slightly raised place where there was a tree and some dead banana trees below. As I began to prophesy people began to gather – all Khasi people.
I continued prophesying in the Khasi language and it was the Lord speaking through me in the first person, “I have mercy upon you (the land)…” As I began prophesying, a young man knelt down and began to pray so loudly that he would drown my voice and I told him not to pray at this moment but to listen. Saying that I continued prophesying but the young man kept interrupting with his loud prayers. I told him the second time but he continued doing the same and then again the third time I told him to be quiet. At this others also asked him to be quiet. Every time I had to pause and speak to him I felt that the anointing was being disturbed. However, once he stopped I continued prophesying, “There will be revival again and these dead banana trees coming back to life would be the sign of the revival. There'll be revival in the Khasi Hills, Jaintia Hills and Garo Hills.”
After the dream ended I was in a semi-conscious state. Then I got interpretation of some part of the prophecy. The young man interrupting the prophecy is Traditionalism. Traditional Christianity will try to drown the prophetic voice but it has to be resisted and rebuked and the prophetic will overcome it. The second elaboration to the prophecy was that the epicenter of the revival would be the Khasi Hills and the Jaintia Hills and Garo Hills would come under its effect.
May the Lord pour out His Spirit once again and bring revival in the land.
